Tailoring our process to fit the project
Due to an immovable campaign-start date, we needed to work fast. But Juniper was concurrently creating new messaging that would become available only in segments over the weeks ahead. So, we threw out our usual process and orchestrated a special sequence of concepting, writing, designing, collecting info, and revising that served this project well.
Keeping it all on brand
Our design work had to mesh with that of an existing campaign and also use new Juniper brand elements. Communicating directly with the Juniper brand team, we integrated the new brand elements and made sure brand authorities were pleased with our design work.
The art of project management
Juniper contributors to the project were in India, Europe, and across the US, and their schedules were particularly full. But we found ways to hold the many meetings necessary to disperse info between teams, gain consensus on messaging, and collect feedback on creative direction. Some meetings we held twice, to accommodate disparate time zones and schedules.
