Freelance Designer
MarketReach is looking to build a stable of freelance production designers and graphic designers to help us with our growing client base. This freelance group will function as an extension of our internal design team by taking on overflow projects.
Ideal candidates are collaborators with diverse skills and the ability to produce high-quality designs both individually and as part of a team. You will need to communicate well with teammates and use your proven organizational skills to adhere to project timelines.
Attention to detail, impeccable design skills, and a solid understanding of best practices are a must. You’ll sink your teeth into projects for some of the biggest tech giants in the world—everything from collateral layout/templates, interactive PDFs, and banner ads, to complex infographics and campaigns.

Qualifications
- Professional design experience at an agency or in-house creative department
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capacity to adhere to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print and digital design capabilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn
- Ability to take direction and input and excel in a highly collaborative work environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Well developed oral and written communication skills
Core duties
- Report to the design manager
- Maintain understanding of client brand guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the team—take direction and develop creative artwork
- Develop and execute projects from concept to completion
- Create original concepts or lay out comps based on direction from senior design staff
