Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid)


MarketReach is an award-winning creative production shop for tech marketers worldwide. Since 1994, we provided tech companies with full-service event management and helped them implement partner marketing programs. We’re staffed with all sorts of talent in the areas of video, design, web-development, writing, and project-management, and we’re looking to add more.  

We’re seeking a creative Graphic Designer who is a collaborator, with a diversified skillset, that can produce high-quality designs both individually and in a team environment. You can balance workloads in various stages of production or pitch depending on the size and scale of your projects. You are communicative with your teammates and practice proven organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and impeccable design skills are a must, as is a solid understanding of best practices. You’ll sink your teeth into everything from production projects including collateral layout/templates, interactive PDFs, banner ads, to complex infographics and campaigns for some of the biggest tech giants in the world.

  • 6-10 yrs professional design experience at an agency or inhouse creative department
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365 (XD, HTML & CSS a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of print techniques and digital design capabilities
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn
  • Ability to take direction and input and excel in a highly collaborative work environment
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed oral, written and presentation skills

Core duties 

  • Reports to the design manager.
  • Maintain understanding of client brand guidelines.
  • Up to date with latest design trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team—take direction and develop creative artwork.
  • Mentor other creative staff.
  • Develop and execute projects from concept to completion.
  • Perform other responsibilities, as they are developed and defined.
