To support the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), a group of MarketReach employees recently designed a beautiful, thematic table display for the hospital’s “Storybook Ball” fundraiser.
“I attended a past CHaD StoryBook Ball and thought the elaborately designed tables were amazing,” says MarketReach’s Brand Manager, Jenn Farkas. “I was so inspired, I brought the idea to work and suggested we become a sponsor.”
The annual fundraiser brings sponsors, philanthropists, care providers, and patients together for a night of food, drink, entertainment, inspirational stories from young CHaD patients, and a whole lot of storybook magic. This year, sponsors created original, storybook-themed décor for 40 tables. MarketReach based its table design on the book (and Disney/Pixar movie) Up.
“It’s exactly the kind of collaborative community effort that MarketReach is proud to support.”
“Up was a perfect fit for the event, with its inspirational themes of encouragement and adventure,” says Graphic Designer Eryn Mahoney. “We put together a replica Up model house for the table and used story-related props, like scout badges and sashes.”
Justin Durso, Digital Producer, said the table displays transformed the room in a special way. “But what was more magical,” he adds, “was the gratitude, optimism, and significance of a community rallying together for the health and well-being of its children. It’s exactly the kind of collaborative community effort that MarketReach is proud to support.”
